Who is Joshua Judd?


Joshua attended Arizona State University as a member of ASU’s Leadership Scholarship Program before transferring to Colorado State University to continue studying philosophy.

In 2014 he took his first Bikram Yoga class, and has maintained a regular Yoga practice ever since.

In Spring 2011, Joshua served on the student steering committee that developed and designed Changemaker Central: a resource hub and innovation space whose mission is to catalyze and sustain student-driven social change and entrepreneurship.


Joshua worked for a year as Coordinator of the Phoenix Pride LGBT Center, where he collaborated with Phoenix non-profits and social service agencies to provide resources to the LGBTQ community.

He managed the social and support groups that met at the Center, and coordinated with facilitators and volunteers to provide continued support for the community in areas of health/wellness, aging, employment, education, and awareness.LGBT Center2After finishing his time at the Center, Joshua took a job in corporate finance with Charles Schwab & Co., where he worked as a stock broker. He earned his Series 7 and 63 licenses and worked with clients from across the country to meet their financial goals.


Joshua worked as a regional coordinator for the Roosevelt Institute: the nation’s largest student-based think tank. It was during this time that the Network published the Blueprint for Millennial America. He subsequently served for a term on the Network’s Student Board of Advisers, and he was part of the Roosevelt Alumni group responsible for organizing and establishing the Network’s Forge Fellowship in 2018.
